Green tea is not oxidized. It is withered, immediately steamed or heated to prevent oxidation and then rolled and dried. It has a delicate taste, light green colour and very refreshing. Great iced or hot.

Oolong Tea

The name oolong literally translates to Black Dragon and is reputed to aid in digestion. Oolong teas are processed through careful drying, rolling and then semifermented and combine the taste and colour qualities of black and green. Oolong teas are consumed without milk and sugar.

Oolongs are best enjoyed when the leaves are briefly infused (30 sec) with hot water, drained, fresh water poured over leaves and steep at regular time. *Multiple infusions recommended.

Black Tea

Rooibos

Rooibos' are naturally caffeine free and can be enjoyed hot, cold and make a superb Latte. An environmentally sensitive plant, this redbush only grows in the small region of  South Africa's Cedarberg District. To protect the industry, controls are stringent.
